For that reason, I made a list of reasons why I want to be healthy.

Why I want to be healthy...
- For me and no one else
- To not be the person who always has to sit in the front seat because they can’t fit in the back seat with 2 other people
- I want to be happy with what I see in the mirror
- To look good in gym clothes
- To enjoy running
- To surpass any goal I set
- To crave healthy food instead of fast food
- Because I’m tired of being underestimated
- Because I’m tired of making excuses
- Because its time for change in my life
- To do the things I’ve never dared to dream about
- To be strong mentally and physically
- Because pain is temporary, quitting is forever
- To not worry about pictures taken and how I look
- To change the perspective of myself, mentally and physically
- To be an example to my family
- Because this is my therapy
- To give my body the respect it deserves
- To do what most women won’t
- Because it maybe hard now, but it will be worth it
- Because I deserve to conquer my impossible
- To not be the one who can’t keep up
- Because what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger
- To be fit for life
- To prove to myself I am STRONG
